"CycleNation is the best dealership around! I was ver impressed by everyone there. We had been looking for a while to purchase a 2nd bike. We had visited the dealership a couple of times before our actual purchase just browsing & too see what new had come in. From our first visit I knew I wanted to purchase from them. Everyone there was so helpful & very nice and we always enjoyed our visits. Even now after our purchase of our GSXR 750 everyone is still as friendly & helpfull as before, whether it was our salesman, Finance, Service or Parts dept.(All of those guys are great!) We had gone to a couple other dealerships around Atlanta area after we had already been to Cycle Nation and I could not get over the difference. So many other dealerships had salesman that didn't have a clue. The selections aren't even the same. The main thing I love about everyone at Cycle Nation is they give it to you straight. They don't beat around the bush just to make a sale. They want you to have a true idea what to expect on the bike whether it's good or bad. They are so pationate about the sport it shows. They are great! I can't give them enough praise. If you are interested in a bike of any type, you must go to Cycle Nation. "Let me start off by saying that I have owned quite a few motorcycles in my 30 plus years of riding and have had to deal with some terrible dealerships. That being said, I tip my hat to Cycle-Nation. Your dealership is quality one from sales to service. I bought a 2006 M109 from Anthony and have enjoyed every moment since bringing the bike home. When it came time for service, your department was excellent in taking care of me in a reasonable amount of time. Last week I dropped my bike off for service and while I was there, Brian, Ron and myself were talking and I asked if they could remap my bike. Well, needless to say they have performed wonders and woke up a sleeping giant. The bike has more torque and power through all gears. Thanks guys!!!! "Brian: For the better part of the last year and a half, a co-worker of mine has been encouraging me to stop having the necessary maintenance done on my 2003 Suzuki Volusia completed by the local shop here in Athens and give you guys a try. Late last year, I decided to stop by your showroom and service department while coming back from a ride in the North GA mountains to check your place out. I was impressed in what I saw and decided that I would try Cycle-Nation the next time I needed to have some maintenance done. Typically I try to do a lot of the routine maintenance myself, but I like to have professionals look things over at least once a year. Based on today's experience I can kick myself for waiting so long to try you guys out. I scheduled an appointment for first thing this morning and was met by Ron and Curtis who were expecting me and got right to work on the service. I settled into the lounge to get some work done while I waited. Being able to wait while mechanics serviced the bike is unheard of at my local shop so I had made a back-up plan to have someone pick me up if it was going to take more than the couple of hours you suggested it would. Needless to say, Ron did a great job in less than 2 hours so between his quick service and browsing the showroom, I didn't get much work done. "Being a "research" kind of guy, I took my time to determine not only which motorcycle to buy, but also where to buy it. I was really shocked by the overall lack of professionalism and salesmanship I encountered at most motorcycle dealers, especially during an economic recession where people aren't as freely spending money on recreational vehicles. " I purchase my Stratoliner from a dealer that was closer to me thinking that it would be more convenient for service. But when you have to make an appointment two to three weeks out, what good is that. I ordered a part and as soon as it came in they called and I had it installed that Saturday. On a Saturday in the summer! Hey and If you have to wait wile your bike is getting worked on, you have two big leather couches to sit, a color TV and coffee. A very clean and comfortable dealership to do business and worth the drive. Ill be back!"

"While riding my C-50 on a solo vacation in November '05 I saw Cycle Nation's billboard and decided to stop in and discuss a problem I was having. My bike was so quiet at interstate speeds I couldn't hear the engine and would drive for miles in 4th gear, not having a tach, thinking I was in 5th. Upon asking Mr Tucker in service if he had a certain brand pipes, he strongly suggested Vance&Hines instead, and fluently explained why. I listend to him and have been very satisfied ever since. The way I was treated at Cycle-Nation has overwhelmingly set a standard I've not seen matched at any other dealership of any kind, whether powersports of autos....Cycle Nation doesn't rate along the top of the list, they Are the TOP!"

"To Everyone: Having been off of a motorcycle for over 20 years,and was only a very casual rider then, I decided to take the plunge and get another one. After exhaustive research, I found the S83 to be what I wanted. I found what I thought was the correct purchase for me, so I called and got hooked up with Russell. He patiently listened to what I wanted and told me that "my bike" was sitting on his showroom floor. After a little more discussion, the deal was done over the phone. I drove about 3 hours to get to Cycle Nation and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Everyone I talked to was interested in making my experience pleasurable, worth the trip, and that I left as an educated new bike rider. "first i want to say you have a very nice store and a great facility. I came in a few weeks ago when i was down at road atlanta for the track day and i needed a helmet. I came in and i was greeted very friendly as i wondered the store. I looked for a little while and couldnt find what i needed so i asked corey (parts) to see if he had any arai helmets, he politley replied no sir we dont carry them. I was a little frustrated but he give me a few different options. I ve never thought to much of the scorpion helmets until he pointed out a few things to me. He made buying a helmet easy. I have had about 20 people sell me a scorpion helmet and out of all those he was the only person to show me the positives to the helmet. I bought the helmet and its been great. Not only is he a good parts guy but he is very smart about his sportbike stuff. I just wanted to write to tell you all, thank you for the service and help. "Dear Owner, I would like to say many many thanks to you and wonderful people at Cycle-Nation. I own 2005 V-Star 1100 Classic. Two weeks ago I took for a first service to Gainesville Motorsports which is much closer to my residence. After 10 days and numerous calls my bike was still on the waiting list. I was very frustrated. My neighbor told me about Cycle-Nation and good experience that his friend has with your dealership. I called and spoke with Ron (do not know last name)who told me to bring bike and promised he will have it checked in a day or two. When I brought bike in I spoke with very friendly young lady, Brittney. She and Ron really made me feel really good in my first experience with Cycle-Nation. Next day my bike was done and Ron went over check list with and asked if I have questions about the service or anything related to the bike. "One Friday about ten in the morning I called Cycle-Nation and talked to Cory in the service department. I told him I needed a tire that day. He said the books looked full for the day, but he would see what he could do and call me back. About ten minutes later he called me back and said he would work me into the schedule and to come on up as quickly as possible. It took me about 45 mins to get there but when I pulled up Cory was ready to take care of me. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted out of a tire and really tried to understand my needs. He pulled the tire got it to his guys downstairs & got me out a riding within 45 mins! On top of that, I needed a new mirror installed & he took care of that too! Amazing to see that kind of effort coming from a service staff! You guys are Amazing!! Thank you!"
